Booked 2 Queens Standard, received 2 Queens Suite on day of check-in.
How are the rooms?
The room was pretty standard with the newer HIX in the US. Comparing to the suite in HIX Moab, this suite felt more like a suite as it had a two-person dining table, in addition to a sofa + coffee table. There were plenty of power outlets but no USB outlets. The room was quite clean (by US standard) but the wooden floor felt quite dusty.
How is the exec. lounge?

The good:
- Upgrades for elites
- Free parking
The bad:
- Housekeeping can be improved (dusty floor)
The ugly:
- Wi-Fi is not encrypted and very slow (< 5 Mbps)
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Both the cash and points rates were really cheap, and the points rate was about 20% cheaper than the non-refundable cash rate. We only stayed in HIX Page for one night as we drove from Arches to Grand Canyon, and this hotel certainly fit our needs. While I don't think I will visit Page again soon, I would recommend this property for others visiting the area.
