Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked 2 Queens Standard. Room upgraded to 2 Queens Suite the day of stay, but after informing the hotel that we'll arrive past midnight, the reservation changed back to 2 Queens Standard.
How are the rooms?
Room was similar to modern HIX in the US. Bright enough and with plenty of power/USB outlets. Room was very clean (by US standard).
How is the exec. lounge?

What was good and what was bad?
The good:
- Excellent housekeeping
- Upgrade for elites
- Bright room
- Plenty of power outlets
The bad:
- Downgraded after upgrade
- Breakfast area was crowded
The ugly:
- Wi-Fi is not encrypted
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
We only needed a place to sleep after arriving LAS late so this HIX fits the bill. I was able to book it when IHG was doing 15% discount on reward nights. Not factoring the discount, the point rate was about 25% cheaper than the non-refundable cash rate. I would stay again if the needs arise again in the future.
