The base DONE3 is a fixed price, no matter how many segments ticketed. With added real taxes and carrier surcharges (if any). So any "refund" can only be real taxes and surcharges, less any change fee (US$125). Can only get a "refund" from the entity you paid.
With these fares many people have unfortunately missed the last ticketed flight. So sad for them.
