We hosted some friends tonight and had an omakase chef come in. My wife hired him for my birthday and it was great - didn’t disappoint again. Only have a few pictures from one of my friends, so sharing here. He did a nice job of incorporating the white alba truffles. I had some golden oscietra I needed to use so asked him to work that in as well. Wish I had pics of the Hokkaido scallops. Great evening and ending it with some Glenlivet before bed.
