SAA’s A320 would be the pick. It’s proper business seating and a late afternoon/early evening flight should see a full meal service.
The 738’s are wetleased from SunExpress and have Euro seating with only the middle seats blocked. I can’t recall the business catering on these flights but unlike the A320s where SAA will serve a hot meal (even in economy) on the 738s the catering is minimal with just a snack pack in economy and I can’t imagine much more upfront.
SAA’s schedule is ‘flexible’ at the moment and I’m seeing lots of aircraft swaps between the A320 and the 738s so it’s not guaranteed but as a general rule SA359 tends to almost always be on the A320.
Airlink has a solid product and ‘proper’ J seating and good catering.
