The new Renaissance in Haidian Beijing. opened in May of 2024

Location of this 3rd BJ Renn is north of 5th ring road, & about 21 KM from PEK airport. Also 5km north of the Birds Nest stadium area.
It's really more of a business hotel in the science & technology park. Has a unique decor of Horse art & each room has saddle shaped chairs.
3 restaurants; 1st floor R bar, 2nd floor Food studio with both western & Chinese food, 3rd floor has a formal Chinese restaurant.
The EL (18th floor) opens at 2:00 for tea & at 5:30 for happy hour. EL breakfast is on 2nd floor from 6:30-10:30
A nice gym & pool at the B1 level, A 3rd floor outdoor garden patio is more suited for the local TikTok branch offices, Gen Z types.
There are themed packages for food/rooms on the Mrt Bonvoy website. As it's a new Renn, only 25 reviews on the Mrt web site with a 4.5 rating average. (IMO=accurate) The amazing art & technology here is truly awesome.

IMO- Best "new" Mrt hotel in BJ., only negatives are still some new construction projects & parking is 5rmb per hour.
