It seems that Marriott only has 10 hotels in the JW brand because that's all that comes up when trying to file a missing stay request. I just end up picking any hotel as you can't submit the missing stay without identifying the hotel. Luckily, the team processing these requests doesn't pay much attention as they don't bother to read the notes either.
