Yes

Booked & received Monte Carlo Suite, the hotel was fully booked.

How are the rooms?
Nice, and it appeared to have been renovated recently. My only critique is that the bathroom was small for the size of the room.

How was your complimentary welcome amenity?
2 bottles of water & a small plate with macrons and strawberries.

Did you raid the minibar? If so, what did you take?
Not offered, in-room minibar was empty

Were you offered a Chef's Taste at Dinner, If so, what did you receive?
Did not dine at the restaurant other than breakfast.

Did you use the free spa credit / did the hotel participate? If so, was it a good value?

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- Nice room
- Comfortable bed
- I was able to apply F&B rewards through the IHG app.
- $15 F&B credit won from the bingo ball spinner for using the secret password
- Friendly staff. I had the same waitress at breakfast all week and she remembered my juice & coffee order each morning.
- Diamond breakfast voucher was good for any menu item, coffee and juice.

Bad:
- There was a fair bit of construction noise, but it ended by 5 pm as the front desk said it would.
- Elevators were slow and with the hotel fully booked for a conference, there were long wait times in the morning and evening.
- Safe was too small for a laptop.


Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
With the conference room block the suite and 1 King rooms were the same cost. Very good value from the conference room block.

I would return.
