My permanent fix was to get HR to add the space in my last name in order to match up with AA, TSA, etc... We use Navan to book travel, and now it's pretty seamless with seat selection and my KTN info. Be sure your Concur, AA and TSA name match exactly.



The bigger pain for me is that USPS does not deliver to houses in my town. Took 4 months to get the fact that my mailing address is a PO box sorted out!
