1. It's 365 days from the day you opened that card. So to be safe, wait at least 366 days. If it's a card with no AF why are you closing it? Do you need the slot for another credit card? Otherwise, I wouldn't close out until I do.

2. There is no problem to wait until after the $20 is deposited into your uber cash account on 12/1. You have 30 days from the day the AF posts to cancel for a refund and you may continue to use all the cards and benefits as usual until you do that.

3. Being an AU on your wife's plat is definitely not what's putting you in pop up jail and barring you from receiving a SUB of your own on a Plat. I'm not sure what is, but that's definitely not a factor.
