1. How many miles was the upgrade?
2. Are the upgrades confirmed at booking? I thought there was something about them not being confirmed until T-72 at the earliest--maybe that's with the certificates? I'm not holding out hope that the status matchers like us are going to get the certificates, but I'm crossing my fingers!
