The reason why I don’t exclude that possibility is that we know that not all crews care equally, even for those that recognise the ULTI status. Some just pass by and say hello, others upgrade you and then bring you all the things that are on your preference list. That shows that seeing the ULTI label on their iPad the range of acting on it is quite wide. Maybe there are even crews that see the ULTI label and end up doing nothing at all.

I am not saying that this is the explanation. I just didn’t want to jump to the conclusion that there is a technical glitch.
