I have recently encountered some issues with the PIN-code email being delivered either late or not at all when login in using FB# and password. Is a PIN-code email still being sent if I activate 2FA in My Profile > Security Settings > Two-factor authentication? Do I have to use the Microsoft or Google authenticator, or can I use a third party OTP like the one provided by my password manager?
