Okay, I'll bite.
United FA's use their iPhone to take photos on available overhead space, and share with other FA's (front/middle/back).
So while they're "not supposed to help", this made the baggage - and boarding - experience far better... than standing the jetway, late at night, not moving.
Because passengers were mulling around, or blocking the aisles, or whatever was going on.
