Hi, not sure if the subject still applicable nevertheless, in the past month while purchasing tickets to the US, I have noticed the offer for a 5% cash back on tickets to the US, however i was unable to activate the Wallet, as i faced the same error no sms would be generated, therefore i have opened a feedback and called THY, it has taken me almost a month with exchange of empty e mails with THY, to understand that because I have a family account. i need to change each member, email and phone number. once done, the wallet was activated.
Of course THY refused to honor my purchase, ignored the feedbacks etc, at this point i am trying to find out the limit of the wallet transaction, ie the maximum TL loading the wallet is 60,000, whereas the minimum ticket price to the US (Business class) is over and above 100,000 TL. so far THY has no responded.
