I applied late on a Thursday night and was approved instantly. Checked my United account about a minute (?) later and the Club membership was already there, though I didn't use it until the following week. Received the physical credit card the next Tuesday via UPS Next Day Air Saver. The physical club membership card came about a month later via third-class USPS.
Same here... Applied last saturday, was in limbo for a couple of days, called Chase, they had a mismatch on my email (odd, as I have a Quest card, Sapphire Reserve, and Amazon Prime card
). I too had a digital United Club card in my mobile app within minutes. BTW, my digital card does have the Star Alliance logo on it, I know some people said theirs didn't. Hopefully, my physical cards show up today or in the next couple of days as we're traveling for most of December to Asia, and I want to use Star lounges if needed... Also have Priority Pass and Amex though so hopefully we can take refuge at some lounges across all the airports we're traversing!
