I appreciate that they have extra time for boarding. I find that they depart early when they can and otherwise the plane is more likely to depart on time vs when they’d start boarding at the last minute. It’s hard to six-sigma your customers.
We were stuck in the jetway for 10 minutes and didn't move. Zones 1-4 had boarded; no wheelchairs.
When I walked back to my exit-row Y seat, FA's were just standing around, not helping anyone with any bags.
They seemed oblivious to help.

(I thought that maintenance might have been onboard, but that wasn't the case)
