Checked out last week. The food options are almost all (if not all) open.
Casino floor is all open. Variety of table games and slots. The last section that was previously walled off has been opened up for slots and restaurant.
What is still empty is the former casino space where they held the Masquerade in the Sky. That huge space is just open floor that lead you to some of the small shops and couple of food places. Main reason to go through there is to access the shows and the west parking structure.
