"Successful trip ?" email after BA flights
Anyone else had one of these post-trip emails ?

The specified number of Avios earned is way wrong.
Travel was on the day BA annoyed huge numbers of their customers with delays and disruption from their global IT failure. Rather odd to then goad them with a jaunty "sucessful trip ?" message. To whom should I reply "Well, since you asked ....." ?
