And then there is a second part in the email with the following information:
„No shows, amendments or cancellations after the free-cancellation period, will result in a one-night charge including tax and TGST to your credit card.“

So, it is completely not clear to me whether the cancellation fee is the room charge for all nights or just for one night. What do you think? Maybe someone can also share the information they received after booking.
