The (now closed) PEN lounge was also terrible. Cramped seats that were torn at the edges and showing its age. Poor ventilation. Poor lighting. Substandard food. And a front desk agent that looked like she woke from the wrong side of the bed.

That lounge closed during COVID and never reopened -- flyers are now directed to the Plaza Premium lounge next door (which is a little bigger, and a little better).
