You mean the same seat at the same time is priced differently depending on who is asking? Delta may be able to do so if they really want to upset their customers, but I think that will be pretty much impossible to enforce for tickets through third parties (Expedia, etc.), so I am pretty sure that Delta will not be going that route for now. Otherwise there will be interesting pricing results on Google Flights of "$200-500 depending on who you are".
