I think you need to spend $5k each year to maintain Platinum. You get it the first year after the first purchase. https://caesarsrewards.custhelp.com/...status-upgrade
The issuing bank website doesn't really provide many details.

Personally, this card is not worth the 5/24 slot or the $5k spend
