That level of granularity, if we have it at all, vanishes after a few days, so no is the shorter answer. I don't think it matters, you can proceed to CEDR or MCOL based on what you know, and BA will then have to give a more detailed version to you at that point. Arguing with Customer Relations is usually a waste of time.
just another follow up to say that proceeding to CEDR did not result in any increase in clarity, but it did lead to BA paying out under UK261.
