Due to an unexpected change of plans I find myself headed to EWR this weekend. I haven't been there in 20+ years or even flown UA in the last 5, so could really use some friendly advice. I've looked through the forum for pertinent threads but couldn't find anything definitive on getting from Terminal B international arrival to Terminal A for regional. Suggestions seem split between the Air Train and a long walk or an inter-terminal bus. Each seems to have supporters and detractors, which means asking the experts. I have 4 hours between flights and accompanied by someone with some mobility issues - not wheelchair level but limited walking distances. Concrete advice would be much appreciated or, if there is an existing thread where this is discussed, a point in the right direction.TIA

Also, presuming checked baggage has to be claimed and cleared through customs, is the re-check in Terminal B or does everything have to be toted over to A?
