I didn't get anything until check-in. I'd used a suite upgrade award and we were given one of the top floor suites and told these are an upgrade over ones on lower floors, so a suite upgrade upgrade I suppose! You could always contact the hotel to ask about it though, they might then allocate you something which wouldn't still be available on arrival.

Try and get a room facing 7 MB if you can as North Sound View has the sunrise shining right into your room and the curtains don't completely cover the windows.
