Well - here's an update in the "trying to get my name off the list" saga. After 3 calls to the TSA omsbudman, they faxed me an "application" to get my name off the list. Standard questionaire, name, address, height, weight, home/work phone etc. They also require a copy of at least 3 of the items mentioned below, notarized; passport, drivers license, visa, birth certificate, voter registration, military ID, or other Federally issued ID. On the cover letter they indicated that after their investigation, which would take 45 days, I could be removed or not. I and the airlines would be notified in writing of their decision. We'll see, but I've never been able to know of my accuser
