Roasted Bell & Evans Chicken Breast

Really good chicken dish. Very juicy and flavorful, and the mashed potatoes were actually nice and garlicky. Green beans had a crunch which was nice. The cooper’s gourmet cheddar and chive biscuits handed out after were a nice touch. The service on this flight has been exceptional. Awesome flight attendant, friendly and funny, and extremely attentive.
