I may be returning to Paris in February, and while I'm not anticipating staying at the PHV, has anybody had any luck with the concierge being able to snag them a table at Plénitude @ Cheval Blanc? I believe they're usually booked 6+ months in advance, so if the concierge could swing us a table, I would definitely consider staying at the Park Hyatt for a few nights just to enable that.
