Sorry, not sure. From my experience with AM, their customer service is quite useless and incompetent (although fairly friendly). I just tried to get a much simpler issue resolved, and I speak fluent Spanish - and it was still a waste of time. It might be worth while checking with AM forum here to see if any AM regulars know how this ends up crediting.
