What do you mean? I got the correct JSON format by logging in with a user for whom the retroclaim page wasn't broken. There I could see that the ID was dfifferent from the Eurobonus number.
And to get my own "id", I looked at the legacy (non-sasgrowth) profile endpoint, which returns a crmCustomerId or something like that, and then I just used that. But I have no idea if that was the correct value...
We are having the same issue. The error persists even with script and in incognito mode.
For me it worked, but my friend that I was travelling with it is not working. Can it be related to the ID issue you are mentioning? If so where can we easily find this ID?
