I emailed them and customer service did not know how to add a corporate code to an account. What am I missing here?
Go to reservation page. "Account number" is your corporate code. Type the corporate code in there and proceed to reservation.
To get your default Emerald profile to populate a corporate "Account Number" every time you log in, you need to talk to your corporate Enterprise rep/ask your employer's HR/travel person to contact them on your behalf.
