Programs: AA 1MM GLD, Hertz #1 Gold, bunch of other programs w/no status

This happened to my wife (EXP) too. Flew AS in Oct and still no miles. Submitted missing miles form via AA over a week ago, but still waiting. I was on same flights but used my AS number and received the miles almost immediately.
