Grand Hyatt breakfast (for non-Prive) is in the club - very basic spread of yogurts, eggs, smoked salmon, breakfast meats, and cheeses. The evening spread is usually a couple of appetizers (think: lamb meatballs, quiche, small tarts) and a charcuterie board. There's a discounted beer/wine fridge, and otherwise just generic free soft drinks and packaged snacks.
Regency breakfast is probably better, though there is some upside to having a quick and easy in/out experience at the GH club for breakfast sometimes, especially for work trips.
