Although you don't say so directly, I assume that you are inquiring about arriving by train at CDG at 11:53 and departing from there at 13:10 on a flight to Vietnam. While I have never taken a train to CDG, I am familiar with the airport, as I have taken flights originating there and also connected there before and after transatlantic flights. I could be wrong, of course, but I cannot imagine that you are allowing yourself sufficient time with your current plans. If you miss your connection, when is the next possibility for you to fly from Paris to Hanoi?
Thank you for your answer, we will indeed arrive by train. Before booking I saw there were not other TGV trains we could select so I took up contact with Airfrance. they confirmed this is a easily doable transfer and I shouldn't worry; I even asked if it was just security and pasport controle. It's now when looking into the online check in ( I was wondering if I needed to check in with air france or Vietnam air) that I saw we also need to receive our boarding pass from the desk. this made me feel like the connection is impossible. The thing that frustrates me the most is that now i'ts possible to book an earlier TGV but we would need to pay 200 euro + the difference in ticket price. I don't have an issue with paying the difference in ticket price but the 200 euro fee for changing something that was impossible to select when booking the ticket feels wrong.
