I just bought one in MNL from BKK to YYZ and they told be that in MNL they would have to quote me in USD and it would be better for me to book online and pay in Thai Baht. She very kindly let me use their WIFI, to buy it online and then she upgraded me by using my points. Top service in MNL. But this was at their physical office.
