If you phone BAEC they routinely allow a 2 week extension for collecting TPs in the previous year. I have done this recently myself for an 8 October year end.

HOWEVER, although the agent understood and agreed with my request, it was escalated for action and I was told 7-10 days for the status change. Over 3 weeks later nothing has happened. I did phone to chase but again told 7-10 days but this time from the second phone call of course. Still waiting.
