It‘s end of 2025 regardless of selection date.
And Marriott doesn't make it easy, in always defaulting to using a FNA, rather than using points. Earlier on I didn't know, and had to cancel to get back the FNA (and of course it didn't come back and I had to call to chase..)
That‘s not the case for me with Titanium 40k certificates. If I start a booking on a points rate, it defaults to taking points with an option to redeem a FNA.
