In Safari desktop, long press the reload symbol and choose “turn off content blockers/reload without content blockers”. On iPhone press the extensions/reader button — opposite side of the reload button and choose “turn off content blockers.”
The offers page will populate. It won’t show everything. No rhyme or reason to what shows and what doesn’t.
