The Prince Park Tower is less than 5 minutes away from a stop on the Oedo line. Okura is 5 minutes or so from the Namboku line. I would have imagined that Okura was pretty pricey as well, as it is the "Grand Old Lady" of Tokyo hotels. And was completely rebuilt for the Olympics.
