Saturday/Sunday seems to be the most rare to the US, and Friday/Saturday from the US. The middle of the week is the most consistent in low season. As we get closer to Christmas I’d expect it all to dry up until January.
If you look at published fares from Japan, the Japanese airlines charge more for these dates and directions since so many people are trying to travel in time for work/business on Monday. That said, I have had pretty good luck getting Monday flights ex-Japan and Friday flights ex-US during regular season.
