Prince Gallery, Ritz-Carlton and Toranomon Edition are probably closest to a subway. Ginza Edition is not bad either. Aloft, AC, Ginza Courtyard are very close to Higashi Ginza, which connects to the Oedo line at Daimon.

The Nation Stadium is in Shinjuku-ku, but not really in what people consider Shinjuku. Being between Gyoen and Gaien. Maybe Sendagaya.
Thank you much. I don't mind changing trains. AC Ginza is sold out. I have heard the Ritz is in serious need of refurbishing. I'll further investigate your other recommendations.
