National stadium is the Oedo line, if you don't want to change trains. I don't think any of the Bonvoy properties are super close to to that, but the MESM is about 10 minutes, once you hit street level

Prince Gallery, Ritz-Carlton and Toranomon Edition are probably closest to a subway. Ginza Edition is not bad either. Aloft, AC, Ginza Courtyard are very close to Higashi Ginza, which connects to the Oedo line at Daimon.

The National Stadium is in Shinjuku-ku, but not really in what people consider Shinjuku. Being between Gyoen and Gaien. Maybe Sendagaya.
