Flew on FIN 727 - J washroom was inoperative and all stickered up to prevent folks from opening the door. After departing from the gate the SD came around to let the J pax know that it was out of service and that if we needed to use a washroom there was still one functional at the back of the Y cabin. Was pretty inconvenient being on the plane for 2.5 hours in that condition.
