Has anyone found a chatbot question where the bot says "I can't handle this, let me transfer you to an agent"? I am thinking "I am a gold card holder can you arrange a TCP link please?" or some such.
I actually tried to use the Chatbot earlier this morning to do precisely that, TCP two bookings. The chatbot didn't understand the question and I got the standard menu instead. When I did get through to an agent it took in excess of 20 minutes to clear data protection (despite having already provided most of the information as part of the chatbot routine) and then only 2 - 3 minutes to TCP the two bookings. I was the passenger on one booking and was asked to provide passport details and expiry date for that booking. For my wife's booking (where I'd paid) the agent went down a rabbit hole about data protection breaches because I wasn't a nominee on that specific booking. I had to reiterate that I had paid for the booking and provided the last 4 digits of the payment card. I don't have any issues with the need to clear data protection but there really has to be an easier way. It shouldn't take 20 minutes for what is then a 2 minute task.
That said, back to the chat bot where I have just tried the same thing again using the question "I am a Gold Card Holder and need to TCP two bookings" and this time I got a response saying "When it comes to visa or passport information I can guide you but can't give you official advice"
I tried rephrasing the question and this time I once again got the "Sorry, I'm having trouble understanding" response and then the general menu.
