BA regularly turf me out of seats and not once have they ever bothered to inform me of the fact. I frequently fly LGW routes where you never know if the front row on the right side is numbered 1 or 2 due to differently configured aircraft. When in row 2 (front row) equipment changes, I am suddenly in the second row. If I notice and move myself forward to row 1 and equipment changes again, I'm usually relegated further back as somebody else has taken row 2. You can't win.
