Yes, the issue with the retro claim is that there is an error:
This is different from the claim just not being recognized etc., in which case they would let you upload a photo of your boarding pass.
It is also different from the "Oops" error where you can't even submit the retroclaim form.
I don't know if they are aware, I don't know what the best way would be to report this.
I mean, hopefully they would run some tests to see if they can communicate with all their partners? So you should expect them to be aware?
