Is it a normal thing, and is miles and more charge an indicator of the upgrade indeed going through or should I still be worried? In the past, it usually corresponded with an email from Lufthansa about the upgrade.
My flight is on Tuesday, so I wonder if I should call miles and more tomorrow/react in any other way, or just patiently wait. Of course maximizing chances for an upgrade is the priority, so I guess the question is if it's better to call miles and more, or 'fight' at the airport.

here is something strange, I am a Lufthansa frequent flyer Silver, have an eVoucher. Phoned to put on a wait list only to be told there is no wait list "computer system says no.." ? other times I have used a Lufthansa e-voucher, I previously was on the wait list.. is this now something that they have removed?
