I rarely go through IAH B, so sorry I'm not certain about those references, but if you stood face to face with the "coming soon" in the first photo, there would be a phalanx of self-help kiosks to your left right across the walkway; alternatively, if you were walking from the gate area toward the skytrain, you'd come across the construction site on your right just before passing the current UC location also on your right.
