I am in total agreement with you and I don't know why many/most resorts are adverse to allowing self arranged transfers. I'm sure anyone that tries to stay at both the upcoming new Edition and STR will let us know if there is an allowance made to be able to transfer directly between the two resorts rather than going via Male. That would be truly great indeed.
